Shipping:

Standard racks will arrive within two weeks.

Custom orders will ship on an agreed delivery date.

Orders will ship via UPS. Large items will ship by truck.

Packages are not insured.

Please inspect your package(s) upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, or we have made an error such as not including specific hardware, we will replace the damaged part or correct our error.
