Common questions you may consider before purchasing from Your Custom Cellars:
Your room or space:

  - How is your room utilized?
     Do you want to only store wine, or entertain guests and showcase your wine?
     Where is your room located? (basement, residential, commercial, restaurant)
     Is your room newly constructed or an existing, rennovated space?
     What are the dimensions of your room (lengh x width x depth)? 

   - Consider the location of doors and windows.

   - Do you have vents, ducts, pipes, or electrical outlets?

   - What construction needs to be completed before a wine rack could be installed?
     Wine and Storage Considerations:
     How many bottles do you need to store?


   - What size are your bottles? (1/2 size, magnums, cases)


   - What is your expected capacity?

    


   - Cubes, bins, cases, or individually.


   - A countertop for show and pouring.

   - Do you want a cooling unit? 
     50-60 deg F, 70-80% humidity


   - Standard height (72") or custom height? (to the ceiling, etc)


   - Do you want a wine cellar door?

   - Consider the materials that we offer: 
     Wood species (seal, stain)
     Pine, sturdy and made to be easily sealed and stained to your liking.
     Redwood, a favorite due to its natural resistance to moisture.
     Oak
     Steel and stone can be incorporated as well.

     Note: we will work with you to accommodate your design and materials.
